This page shows all the allergen data gathered in Allergenia database. The "ID" column shows the protein accession number in Uniprot or in NCBI. Allergen facts column includes five items, i.e. "Uniprot", "Allegome", "IUIS", "IgE", and "Reference". For each item, "y" indicates that the objective protein(s) is/are collected as allergens in certain databases, like Uniprot, Allegome, IUIS; or the protein possessed IgE-binding ability or other references definite regards the protein as an allergen. Whereas "n" indicates that the corresponding database does not collect this protein as an allergen, or the protein lacks of IgE-binding facts or supporting references. It is important that all allergens displaying the complete information of the five allergen facts. Faults and/or limitations relating to the existing websites can be obviously viewed. Researchers can rely on the most authentic allergen database.
