Condition Search
Condition Searches include five options to search for allergens in Allergenia database. Five condition modules can be alternatively chosen, like "Uniprot", "Allergome", "IUIS", "IgE", "Reference", which all are relating to allergen facts. In each module, when "Existent" condition is selected, the allergens harboring allergen facts would be retrieved and displayed. Whereas the "Non-Existent" condition is selected, the allergens lacking individual allergen facts would be retrieved and displayed. These searches can view the allergens in three-dimensional way of allergen facts, which also displayed the difference among different database on individual allergens.
